How to Install a New Bathroom Faucet

- Start by turning off the water to your bathroom sink. There should be a shut-off valve under the sink. If there is not, you will need to turn off the water to your entire home.
- Once the water is off, open the faucet to release any remaining water in the lines. Place a towel under the sink to catch any water that may drip out.
- Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the handle in place. In some cases, a decorative cover over the screw may need to be removed first.
- Once the handle is removed, use an Allen wrench to remove the screws that hold the faucet in place. If you do not have an Allen wrench, you can use a flathead screwdriver or a knife. Be careful not to damage anything as you remove these screws.
